Dr. Hoyle began his professional journey in dentistry in his hometown of Jacksonville. He joined Anderson & Slack, P.A., the very practice he frequented as a child, as an associate. This initial experience allowed him to hone his skills and establish himself in the field.

In the summer of 2002, Dr. Hoyle made a significant move to Raleigh, North Carolina. Here, he continued to build his career by practicing with Dr. Jeff Reintgen until the summer of 2004. This period was critical for gaining diverse experience and expanding his professional network.
